hi,

I am trying to open a nitro file and I get the following error " the document ........ could not be opened. Please contact support Error Code : 0x40000001

 

or I can't open a new question

In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, are you just having this error when opening a specific PDF file? If yes, please send over a copy of it.
