Randi L. Cooper Posted June 11, 2020 Report Share Posted June 11, 2020 Through no fault of my own, my Nitro Pro reverted to Trial Mode. My computer did not crash and I do not have a new computer. No clue why or how this happened. When I pulled up my serial number it said that I am allowed 2 activations and 1has already been used (I assume that was the initial activation). I hesitate to use my only activation option left for fear that this will happen again. Any ideas on how to resolve this dilemma? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
