A pop-up window would say "Error: The service does not have sufficient privilege. Please reinstall." I tried to upgrade to a current version. It requires me to provide serial number. But I don't have the original order email and can't remember it's a download or CD. And my current installation can't be opened. So with an agent's help, I tried to trace the order info on your site. It sent me an email but the email itself didn't provide the serial number. It offers a link for further details, but the link won't open saying "store.nitropdf.com’s server IP address could not be found." Suspended and stuck here. Nitro didn't give lifetime use as promised.
