Unable to reactivate licence

Hello, 

I deactivate a Nitro Pro 11 to install it on a new pc but i get an error 23 during the activation.

On the licence portal, there is 0 activation.

 

Can  you help me ?

Hi @charles stimec,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 11 serial number. You should now be able to activate the software installed on your computer. 
To activate, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click on Activate.
