I purchased a new laptop and I am trying to reactivate my Nitropro on to it. When I try to deactivate the following message appears 'Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices'. Please can someone assist? Thanks

Hello Peter,

Thanks for your message!

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 12 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
