Activation issue when reinstalling Nitro Pro 10

I was having issue with Nitro Pro 10 as it was hanging.  I uninstalled and re-installed. 

When I did that I had an error msg that serial no was not valid.  So I could retrieve my licence no for activation.

Appreciate help to resolve the above problem.
