Won't save all documents and Crashes..

Trying to save a pdf document and it tells me it can's save it, contact Nitro and then crashes.

"The document couls not be saved. Please contact Nitro Support for assistance.  Errro code: 0x400D0003

When you receive these "0x400." error codes, they are actually Microsoft Network error codes.

-Ensure that the file does still exist and hasn't been renamed / moved / etc 
-Check permissions
