Activation Error after OS reinstallation

Hi There,

I had Nitro PRO 11 in my computer. And My Computer OS got crashed. And I have reinstalled OS and installed Nitro PRO 11 again as Trail version and using my Serial Key I have tried to activated but it was giving error saying that "-20: Error - Invalid Licence number".

One thing I have noticed that my Installation ID was different from the previous to the current installation.

Please help. Thank you.

Hello Shankar,

You have the wrong version installed if you are getting that error message.

Please uninstall and get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464

Thank you so much for the link. From the link, I have downloaded "Nitro Pro 11 (11.0.8.470)" 64 bit. And I tried to activate using the Serial Number and it is giving exactly same error as "-20: Error - Invalid Licence number".
