Some PDF files cannot be opened

For a few PDF files, Nitro only displays blank pages, although the same file won't cause problems with other programs.

Hi

Some PDF files cannot be opened in Nitro. It only shows empty pages. In other programs the same files are displayed in full.

I am using Nitro Pro 13.15.1.282.
This is an automatically generated PDF - PDF version 1.2 (Acrobat 3.x). The file size is 70.42 KB.

Can anyone help me?

- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)
- The exact steps you are taking

with Nitro 10 the same PDF File works without any problems.

Unfortunately the problem still exists. If it were fixed, we would buy more licenses.
