RE activation

Hi,

My pc crashed and i've deactivated nitro pro. Trying to reactivate. It tells me to go to the help tab?

Where is this located. Very frustrating.

Automatic, or online, activation:

1. On the Help tab, go to the Product group
2. Click About Nitro Pro
3. Click Activation
4. Enter your serial in the text box and click Activate
5. The activation dialog will display a message to confirm that activation was successful

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
