Activation help for Nitro Pro 12.0.0.108

I deactivated on-line prior to installing a fresh copy of Win 10 on my computer.

I've downloaded the free copy of Nitro Pro because I couldn't find a copy of Nitro Pro 12 to download.

The free copy won't activate with my Serial Number even though my file says Number of Activations Allowed: 2

With regard to activating, I have checked our licensing server and I can see you were able to activate yesterday.
