Activation Nitro Pro - Numeric Values

I tried activating Nitro Pro and it gives me an error stating that the serial key should only contain numeric values - however I have one with a mix of characters. Please advise

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
