Roz Turner Posted April 14, 2020 Report Share Posted April 14, 2020 Hi, I need to shift over to my new laptop an old version of Nitro pro 9 - I can only see 12 and 13 versions available to down load. Can I use these with my key as I don't want to have to pay to upgrade. I want to make sure I have something for it to go to before I deactivate from my old laptop. With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available. In line with this, you cannot use your Nitro Pro 9 number to activate any versions of Nitro Pro including v12 and v13. Please be aware that some important security vulnerabilities fixes that you might want to consider when deciding whether to upgrade to NitroPro 13 or not. You can find out more about these fixes here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/security/updates However if you prefer working with an older version and as a courtesy, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 9? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. JD3 Posted April 15, 2020 Report Share Posted April 15, 2020 Hi, I have the same issue. I need to load Nitro 10 onto my new laptop and need a link to that download. I already have Nitro 12 installed on my work and home PCs so I don't want to give up Nitro 10 for my seldom used laptop. Boy, I wish you had an option for 3 installs. I have inspected your Nitro Pro 10 with serial number and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade. When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version. In your case, it was upgraded to your current Nitro Pro 12. As a work-around, I do see you also purchased a Nitro Pro 9 last March of 2015 using the same email address. If you are interested in upgrading this version to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter its serial number (sent to you via private message): https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade However if you prefer working with an older version and as a courtesy, you can download Nitro Pro 9 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
