Augusta Amadio Posted April 14, 2020 Report Share Posted April 14, 2020 Hi, I re-installed Nitro PDF 4.91 on my computer using the disc, but it will not allow me to activate again and only works in trial mode. I have tried to find serial number on your activation portal, but it can't find the number (i'm assuming it's because my software is PDF only, not Pro). Are you able to assist with this please. Are you installing Nitro PDF 4.91 on a Windows 10 machine? If yes, Nitro PDF 4.91was developed, released and then eventually discontinued prior to Windows 10 being released which is why there is no compatibility from the get-go. How do I get it to activate please? I do not want or need to upgrade, would just like to be able to use what I have at this stage and it should work on my version of windows. Many thanks.
