Sivan Aballi Posted April 13, 2020 Report Share Posted April 13, 2020 Hey guys, I've been trying to install pro 11 on my laptop for a couple of hours now. I followed every instruction including the command prompt. I have full access to my WindowsApp but still receive the error message when trying to install. I deleted and re downloaded the full file. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, please try installing your Nitro Pro 11 by opening CMD and run below command (replace the necessary directories / names / 32-bit or 64-bit) to install with MSI logging: C:\>msiexec /i "C:\Users\<user_name>\Desktop\Nitro\nitro_pro11_x64.msi" /l*v "c:\Users\<user_name>\Desktop\Nitro\NitroLogFile.txt" If the installation failed, please provide me a copy of NitroLogFile for further investigation by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message').
