File Home Convert, etc. menu disappeared

I have Nitro Pro v12. Ten days ago, mysteriously, I lost the "File  Home  Convert, etc." menu across the top. If I go to Nitro first and then open a pdf, it is there. But if I click on a pdf (say, on my desktop), it is not there. I have use Nitro for almost two years; this has never happened before.

Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please try to right click on the top menu bar and make sure that the "Minimize the ribbon" option is unchecked.

If that does not work you can try reinstalling. Hope that helps! Cheers!

Your fix did not work, so I uninstalled (v12) and reinstalled (v13 trial). I entered my serial number, but "Your serial number does not exist".
Please help!

Your Nitro Pro 12 key will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation.

Please get the correct Nitro Pro 12 installer. You have to scroll down the page to get that: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

I installed v12, but it did not fix the problem.

Once again, my problem is if I go to Nitro Pro first, then Open a pdf, I have the top bar menu, and also the page counter with arrows at the bottom of the screen. If I just click on a pdf first, however, all that is missing.

It used to work - for many months. Not sure what happened. Please Help!!!
