George Olson
Hoping someone can help. I need a pdf fillable form : IE: Customer Name, Address, phone, etc. But, I also need the user to enter into a cell in the PDF a Multiplier IE: .50 Once this number is entered, then it will be used to automatically calculate the cost of an item based on a list price in an .xls table that I want to bring in to Nitro. it is very easy to edit in excel and then turn into a PDF but has not been easy for me to figure out with Nitro. Is there anyone out there that can explain how to do this? Thank you in advance.
Official Nitronaut Leslie Villarin Posted April 13, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted April 13, 2020 Hello George, Thanks for reaching out to us! This is something that's been discussed in the past however it's not currently on the roadmap for Nitro Pro. The main problem with this is that Excel formulas don't conform to JavaScript, which is the technology behind the forms within PDF's. JavaScriptSupported JavaScript Objects Sorry about that! Let us know if you have other questions.
