William Wiggs Posted April 4, 2020 Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 I have Nitro PDF Professional 6 that I purchased many years ago. I recently upgraded my computer and would like to upgrade Nitro PDF. However, when I enter the license number on the upgrade page, it is not recognized. I went to the License Activation Portal and it recognized my original license number, but not when I try to upgrade. Again, my goal is to upgrade to a more current version. An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 6 license so kindly upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate by accessing our Upgrade Portal and entering its serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade You may also want to purchase Nitro VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance) that entitles users to free upgrades for the next release of Nitro Pro and Premium Support for one year after the purchase date. (Premium Support is prioritized ticket support with our Technical Support staff/Nitro Customer Success and Service Team for one year after the purchase date).
