Sam Dingemanse
I'm getting the same error when attemping to save a pdf after modifying it by adding text. I ran the latest installer but to no avail. Please advise, as there is no value in the product if I can't modify pdfs.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted April 7, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted April 7, 2020 Hello @Sam Dingemanse, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please be aware that "0x400..." error codes are actually Microsoft Network error codes. Typically, these errors will occur if you are accessing a file that's not on your hard drive directly. Kindly provide details to the following so we could further investigate the issue: 1. Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? 2. Is the document being accessed from a network/shared folder? Where is the file originally stored? 3. Is this error message happening to any documents being accessed and saved using Nitro Pro? 4. If you create a blank document in Nitro Pro (File > New) and attempt to save it (File > Save As) on the same directory/path, does it work without error message? Once I receive the above information I will go ahead and further troubleshoot your issues. Thank you and I look forward to your response.
