Dana Weeks
I am using nitro 12 and recently am having issues when saving as a PDF, it is saving as a google file. I have never encountered this issue until yesterday. Is there a setting I need to change or look at? TIA
Official Nitronaut Leslie Villarin Posted March 27, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 27, 2020 (edited) Hello @Dana Weeks Thanks for your message and I'm happy to help. The thumbnail images of the PDF files on your machine will have the logo of the software that is set as your default PDF viewer. Meaning, if Google is your default PDF viewer, your PDF files will have the Googlelogo. If another software if your default, your PDFs will have that software's logo, etc. Please refer to the following post on how to set your default PDF viewer: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/default/000004106 I hope this clarifies. Cheers! Edited March 27, 2020 by Leslie V.
Dana Weeks
Thank you, I will look at that. It does use nitro as my default viewer currently, it is just when I save the pdf now that I get the google thumbnail.
