cannot activate but have a licence/serielnumber

Hi, I have a serialnumber but when I get to the "deactivate" stage there is nothing to deactivate.

the system find my serialnumber in the start of the prosess but when I enter it Nitro reply's "the serial number does not excist" .. I am sure to have entered the correct serialnumber ..many times..

how to get startet?

These serial numbers are for Nitro Pro 11. If you install another version, you'll get an error message.

Please uninstall and then reinstall Nitro Pro 11. The installers for this version can be found here: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464

The free trial does not require a serial number. 

It will run for 14 days and expire after that.
