gforsland
We encountered an issue installing Nitro Pro 13 recently. Previously we had installed it without issue but the most recent installation simply fails at 0% and a useless error message "Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding Error occur when resolving resources" We tried following the implied route of troubleshooting and looked into the firewall or web filter blocking content, but there was nothing and it was a complete waste of time. I later discovered that there was a newer installer for the same application, vs 13.13.2.242 versus 13.2.2.25 (the one we were using). I assume the older installer was pointing to a web location for the install files but a simple error message included with the installer would have saved us all the wasted effort put into troubleshooting a non-problem. TL:DR: - Put error codes into your installers and please do not waste your customer's time
