Wanting to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12

I have an active version of Pro 11 and the Eligibility checker gives me this message when I put my serial number in.

"We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

I previously email the company and was told that I am eligible, but I would have to make a posting on here to get the issue resolved.

Thanks for providing your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

To fix this issue, I just made an adjustment on your license so you can now upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 by accessing our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number. You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout.

Please be aware that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD. Once done, you should receive an email confirmation with the new serial number.

Then you may download your Nitro Pro 12 using below direct links instead:

Before you upgrade to Nitro Pro 12, please remember that this build installs over your existing Nitro Pro so take note of the following:
a. Back-up your stamps/QuickSigns by referring to this article:

b. Your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) will not be migrated. Refer to this article to recreate them: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/qat/000001989

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your NEW serial number.
