raulandaustralia Posted August 28, 2018 Report Share Posted August 28, 2018 Hi, I have taken over the previous IT guy and he has not deactivated the Nitro license correctly nor has he kept a record of who has Nitro activated in the company, so I decided to deactivate all 29 license and reactivate the users who actually require it. On the Nitro website, it says I can do that by contacting Nitro Support however I can't because the license does not cover VIP support. How can I go by deactivating all 29 license?
