Live person?

How do I get help from a live person.  My plan has been deactivated and I cannot get a response from anyone to explain /correct this issue via these message boards, nor can I submit a help ticket.  How does one have problems fixed using Nitro - I'm questioning whether or not the service/app is currently being manned or monitored.

Please respond!  Help!
