Nitro Pro 11 11.0.8.470 installation issue/ Windows 10/ Macbook pro

Hello All,

I am trying to install Nitro Pro 11 (Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470) (64 bit)- on Macbook Pro /windows 10 
After the installation Nitro application doesn't launch.

1. I have tried using Admin account still doesn't work

2. Tried this kb : http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installation%20issue/000003265 --- didn't work

3. If I launch without elevated permissions then it gives error straight away - not enough permissions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using installing it via Bootcamp?

This is a known issue for Nitro installed on Bootcamp. We are aware of this issue however we cannot guarantee that it will be fixed in the near future. 

Nitro Pro versions used to work perfectly with Bootcamp until an update for Windows 10 and 8 Operating Systems caused issues with Nitro Pro running via Bootcamp in Mac machines.

You can use Windows 10 on your Mac using Parallels instead. Or install Nitro on a Windows-based computer for best results.
