TimJ Posted August 22, 2018 Report Share Posted August 22, 2018 I upgraded to 12.2.0.228. Before upgrading, I deactivated the license. After upgrading, I tried to activate the license but received an error. I went to the license portal, entered my license number, clicked deactivate, and received an error that I may deactivate zero licenses. I have trouble activating *every* time I install a patch. I used to have VIP access, which provided a fast response. When I received the license to upgrade to 12, there was no option to renew the VIP access. I still have the email. It said to stay tuned for more information about becoming a Nitro VIP in the next couple of weeks. Nothing else ever arrived. This is very frustrating.
