Carlos M Posted August 22, 2018 Report Share Posted August 22, 2018 Hi, I need help, we have a volume license for Nitro Pro 11 with 22 activations. We are trying to re-use the license as some of the original users are no longer with the company. I found that our IT support team was not deactivating the application when laptops were being turned in. Is there a way we can clear the unused seats for re-activation?
