Nitro Pro 10.5.8.44 : printer not found

Hi everyone, I'm using Nitro Pro 10.5.8.44 (last 10 version available).

I just installed my windows 8.1 64 bits from start. After installing Nitro Pro, I can't find the PDF printer anymore. I tried to install it back with "help ==> assistance tools ==> PDF creator" but in the displayed windows printer is inactivated.

Could you please help me?

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

As a courtesy, kindly uninstall the version you currently have, reboot your machine and reinstall Nitro Pro 10.5.9.14 French version:

Hi @AllainU, thank you very much for your kind message and for letting me download the 10.5.9.14 French version. 

As Nitro Pro is a product I quite often use, I was wondering about the update price and policy? How much would it cost to update from my actual version to the 12 version?
