nahedkhairallah Posted August 8, 2018 Report Share Posted August 8, 2018 I purchased Nitro 11 a few months ago with the software assurance add-on to be able to upgrade to Nitro 12 for free. JeffL Posted August 9, 2018 Report Share Posted August 9, 2018 Likewise, we purchased 10 licenses last summer for our small office. In June of this year, I received the e-mail inviting a free upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. Because I'm always cautious regarding compatibility with our other applications and databases, I installed the free upgrade on only one desktop. Nitro Pro 12 works great, but when we tried, last month, and now this month, to install the free upgrade on the other 9 licensed computers, the link no longer works, and even though we purchased the Software Assurance for Nitro Pro, we cannot even fill out a support ticket.
