K.Ventouras
Recently switched from Acrobat XI Pro to Nitro 12 Pro and I have been having trouble storing custom page sizes. My primary use of Nitro is printing from CAD based software (AutoCAD & Gstar CAD to be exact). On Adobe Acrobat XI Pro a spectrum of custom paper sizes had been imported by 50mm increments, i.e. 610x650 all the way up to 610x8000. While this worked fine on Acrobat, for some reason Nitro will not store lengths that exceed 2000mm. Please advise Edited August 7, 2018 by K.Ventouras
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted August 7, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 7, 2018 Hello @K.Ventouras, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please be informed that an escalated internal case is open to further assess this request to be able to add custom forms higher than 2000 x 2000mm. Also, this request will be placed on the long-term product road-map, so unfortunately, there is no short-term solution for it. Please be aware that Nitro typically has four Nitro Pro releases a year, approximately one a quarter. We suggest to follow our Release Notes updates located on our site https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes I hope this helps and on behalf of Nitro, I apologize for the inconvenience.
