Serial number not activing

Hi,

I have installed Nitro Pro 12, when I enter our serial number it keeps coming up with error, I have also tried deactivating but nothing seems to work. The serial number I have is for Nitro 11, do I need a new serial number for Nitro Pro 12?!

I have checked and we have two licenses, one is active and one is not yet active so I'm not sure why its not working?

Please advise.

A version 11 serial number will not work for version 12. 

I'll create a ticket on your behalf so you can provide me the two licenses. 

I'll then give you the exact steps on how you'll be able to activate successfully.
