Nitro Pro 11 - problems installing programme to laptop

Good afternoon,

after the free trial of Nitro Pro, I purchased the Nitro Pro 11 but have been unable install the new programme to my Acer laptop.

It was suggested that I uninstall the free trial programme and start again, which I just did.

From my last email correspondence from Nitro Cloud, I followed a link from noreply@cloud.gonitro.com to confirm my email address to get started and can now access the Nitro Pro 11 from the cloud.

Problem is, I can only use the programme via the internet and our signal is not good at all where we live so really need to install the Nitro Pro 11 programme to my laptop.

Would be grateful of any assistance to install the programme to my laptop
