There is nobody I can talk to from this company because I didn't buy the more expensive package?

Thank you very much! Sorry i was getting frustrated. I got an email back 2 times saying I couldn't Submit a ticket because I didn't have the pro version, I didn't know it was submitted. Thank you again.
