Lee.Roussel
Hi All, I am new to the forum so this is my first post! The company i work for run a hosted DaaS (Desktop as a Service) and have NitroPDF running for many users. The issue i am having is that when users login and open NitroPDF (12.0.0.112) they do not have any of the printers shared from the Print server, only local printers are visible to them. Has anyone ever seen this before, and if so is there a fix for it? Thanks in advance! Lee

Lee.Roussel
Hi, Thanks for the reply, but thats not what i was meaning. If i want to print a PDF that i have opened with NitroPDF on a printer that is on a print server then it can't as the printer doesnt appear in the printers list, only printers that are installed as local printers on the machine are available. Regards, Lee
