PDF to Text convert error: File Conversion has failed due to an internal error.

Hi Team,

I am using Nitro Pro. I received PDF-1 where MS-Mincho and MS-Gothic fonts are being used.  I went to "Document Property" -> Font Tab and i see below font details. PDF opened successfully on Nitro Pro. But when I tried to convert PDF to Text i received ERROR as "File Conversion has failed due to an internal error. "  Please help what needs to be done here to convert this PDF to text ?

MS-Mincho
   Type: TrueType(CID)
   Encoding: 90ms-RKSJ-H

MS-Gothic
   Type: TrueType(CID)
   Encoding: 90ms-RKSJ-H
