Obvioius Bug. Unfortunately no good way to report it without being VIP

I have a PDF form that must be filled out to get a visa to enter China.  Form works fine in Edge and Adobe, but wrong text is displayed as it is being typed in Nitro Pro.  I have the PDF form and would like to give it to Nitro to fix Nitro pro but they have no easy way to submit PDFs they have a problem with that their competitors don't.  Seems like a basic thing their engineers would want.  I'd add the problem PDF as an attachment but apparently this site isn't going to let me at this time.
