Email Attachment not working on NitroPro 12

Need assistance in getting my upgrade to Nitro 12 to work properly.  The Email attachment button is not working and it is very inconvenient.

Thanks for providing the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12 and more details about the issue you're experiencing.

Since I am unable to replicate on my end, kindly do a repair of your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background (refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641).

Good Morning:

I tried your suggestion above of repairing Nitro.   When I choose shared/email as attachment it is still is not working.  Any other suggestions as I did pay for this upgrade so the choice for Nitro is to get it to work or refund my upgrade charge and I will go back to Nitro 11 where there was no issue!

Good Morning AllainU:

I tried your suggestion that you sent me thru the support case this morning.  I am still having an issue of the attachment to email button.  It looks like it is doing something but never gets to an email screen .  I use outlook as my email default could something be blocking Nitro?
