After checking the serial numbers on the website, we received the following messages: Your business license is eligible for a free upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 – please contact your IT department or your Nitro account managerHowever, when trying to install version 12, we were unable to activate the license. I have already send a E-Mail about this problem on Monday to the E-Mail adress, which is behind the above link "account manager". Unfortunately, I have not received any answer yet.
