Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted July 2, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 2, 2018 Hello @Joy, Thanks for posting on our community forums! Are you still using Nitro Pro 9? I asked because upon checking our records using your email address, I can only see a Nitro Pro 9 that you purchased last 10/23/2014. If this is correct, please be informed that we no longer support the version of your Nitro Pro as per our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy that is why we highly recommend you to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. But if you purchased newer version of Nitro Pro using a different email address, kindly PM it to me so I could check our records. Otherwise, be aware that there are several reasons for a crash, such as: -Not enough memory upon executing the process. -Not enough space on the machine for the output file. -Particular section of the PDF that causes a timeout issue or loops. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
Joy
I'm using Nitro 11. This happened before so I upgraded from 9 to 11. My computer has Intel Core i5-7400 CPU @ 2.40 Ghz and 12 GB ram installed, using Windows 10. When I was processing the document, I only have Nitro and Chrome opened. So, how many ram I need to make sure that no crashing happen?
