However when it comes to using the document feeder it will feed the documents and show the green bar and when it finishes, the screen disappears. Tried reinstalling the trial version, not able to get the document feeder to work with Nitro. Printer is office Jet Pro 7740. Need to see if this works before buying. Please note that this is a limitation with Nitro Pro and an internal case has been created for this while our Product & Engineering team are still investigating. At the moment, we cannot provide a time frame when it would be addressed and hopefully it will be fixed in one of our future releases. JPF Posted June 27, 2018 Author Report Share Posted June 27, 2018 Ok, I'll pass on purchasing the product - I found out I will have to pay for updates even though the known issues prevent us from performing normal day to day tasks.
