John Casey Posted June 26, 2018 Report Share Posted June 26, 2018 Hi, I have been using Nitro Pro 11. The recent Win 10 update appears to have put my Nitro 11 back to trial mode. I have deactivated my serial key. The Key says it allows 2 activations. However when I put the serial key into the box its giving me error 23 ? Any advice welcome. SALESguy Posted July 23, 2018 Report Share Posted July 23, 2018 Hi, same issue here. I've been using Nitro Pro 10 on my work laptop for two years. Purchased the license myself, specifically for work. They allowed me to use, even though everyone else uses Adobe. It was Nitro Pro 10 on Win 7 laptop. Just got new Win 10 laptop. Installed Free Trial version on new laptop. Tried to Activate. Same issue as John Casey above. S/N ending in 8719. https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal shows 0 Activations, with 2 Activations allowed. I Deactivated on old Win 7 laptop.
