Tammy Phillips Posted June 25, 2018 Report Share Posted June 25, 2018 I have two laptops and am trying to install Nitro PDF 11 on them. I have deactivated the installed licenses in my account. It clearly says the number of installations is (0) zero. I am trying to install on on laptop currently but keep getting a message that the maximum installation licenses has been used. I then tried the other laptop and got the same message. What am I not doing or doing wrong? I have closed down the software and restarted both laptops since I deactivated the software and still am getting the same message. Please advise. Thanks! I just made adjustments on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Cheers!
