Can't send signature requests from Nitro Cloud

So I have been using Nitro Cloud to send signature requests for my documents and now for the last few days it just spins many times and won't work/send. Updated my browser, cleared my cache, and that doesn't help. Can someone help me with a fix, or is there a known issue right now? Thank you.

I have been experiencing the same issue. It's occurring on multiple PCs with our account.

Thanks for your patience.

We can see that the issue is only present with old files uploaded to Nitro Cloud.

As a work-around, download the old files to you local machine and re-upload to your Nitro Cloud then you should be able to request for signatures.
