ngaire
I used to use nitro8 and had no problem when selecting a web page then selecting print nito as a way of creating and saving a pdf document. Since getting nitro11 this function does not work so I end up try to select the material on the page, cutting and pasting it on to a word document which looks messy and is irritating. I get an error message "Occurrence of user-interacted or failed conversion" Any suggestions please?
Official Nitronaut Kelvin B. Villarin Posted June 18, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 18, 2018 Hi @ngaire, Thanks for posting on our Community Forums!I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background (refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair nitro pro/000001641). If that does not work, please try these steps:1. Download our Clean Up utility: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zipNOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/0000020382. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't always run from the zip)3. Run the utility4. Reboot5. Download and install Nitro Pro 11 using the installer found here (version 11 is at the bottom portion):https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads6. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro 11 , clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number7. Try creating/printing again I hope this helps. Teresa Elliott
I'm having the same issue. I purchased Nitro Pro 11 in April, 2018. I just had to reinstall it on my computer due to a virus and now it will not print to pdf. I've tried both suggestions above but it still will not print. It has a default error in the print queue. When I try to cancel the print job, it just restarts the print job and gives me the same error again over and over. Very frustrating.

LBW
Cannot save or print to PDF any web pages. Started suddenly last week ~ 2018-06-25. Not fixed by clean-up utility. This is a BIG BIG problem!
Official Nitronaut Kelvin B. Villarin Posted July 3, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 3, 2018 Hi @LBW, Thanks for posting on our Community Forums! Do you get any error message? Are you getting the same result when using a different browser? What happens when you to convert Word/Excel files to PDF? Cheers.
LBW
No error messages. Same result in different browsers. Like so many problems with Nitro, it just works one day and doesn't the next without explanation.
