Error 23, 0000etc Computer Id and windows 10

Hello, support.

I have an issue and i cant fix it. Our company bought nitro pro 11 key for 45 computers and everything (install and activate) are fine on windows 7, 8, 8.1, but i can't activate your product on windows 10, and i have a lot of this new machines. I had search for this issue and found same problems in another topics, so i checked my "Computer id and it is 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000. You didnt fix this ussue in other topics so i created a new one. Please help me with it. Screenshots attached.
