Tim F
Hi there, I regularly receive pdf files from a client which prompt the following message (on opening and every time I click on a bookmark): "The page number requested is invalid and does not exist in this document" Is it possible to turn the error message off? The supposed error doesn't seem to reduce the functionality of the document at all - but the error message itself is irritating and requires it to be clicked on to dismiss it every single time... Thanks in advance for any help, Tim
Official Nitronaut Kelvin B. Villarin Posted June 11, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi @Tim F, Thanks for posting on our Community Forums! I need to let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 9. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy#sunsetPolicy If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 11, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a pdf reader. You can learn all about some of the features here: https://www.gonitro.com/resources/videos Alternatively, if you prefer to keep using Nitro Pro 9, you can turn off notifications by going to File > Preferences > Notifications I hope this helps. Tim F
Hi Kelvin V, Thanks for your reply, even though 9 has been discontinued. I've searched in File > Preferences > Notifications but can't find a setting to turn off that does the trick. I guess I'll just have to put up with it for the time being. Cheers, Tim
