Adam Santos
My excel Nitro Pro add-in has suddenly stopped working. Each time I try to convert a worksheet, I get an error message that simply says "An unknown error occurred". I have not previously had any issues converting excel worksheets or books to PDF. I thought perhaps this was related to the latest MS Office update, but I updated MS Office on my laptop as well and am able to convert excel worksheets and books fine there. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Official Nitronaut Kelvin B. Villarin Posted June 11, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi @aksantos23, Thanks for posting on our Community Forums! I recommend that you try the following steps: 1. Repair Nitro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features 2. Open ‘NitroPDFSupportTools.exe’ from ‘C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro 10’ Note: 10 is the version number. Kindly change it depending on what version you are using 3. In the Support Tools dialog, select the PDF Creation tab. 4. Make sure that all the Add-Ins are selected and click the 'Update Add-Ins' button Try to convert again and if the issue persists, kindly submit a support ticket here so I can assist you further. Adam Santos
Kelvin, I can't submit a support ticket because we don't have the premium support. Unfortunately the issue is back and I'm getting the same error message. I went through the steps you suggested, but alas that did not work. Any other ideas?
