JW500 Posted April 18, 2017 Report Share Posted April 18, 2017 All of a sudden this evening, it will not start. Shows it is using 14% of the CPU but will not open. Rebooted computer and tried to start Nitro Pro, same result. I have the current version, but I cannot open it to read the serial number. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JW500 Posted April 21, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 21, 2017 I did open a support ticket but by the time they responded Nitro Pro was working again. This is the third time this year that the program went beszerk or shut down entirely for a matter of several hours and then restored itself.
