SUPPORT TEAM PLEASE READ Addressing one of the concerns, what Nitro displays vs. Adobe

The major concern is that we send PDF to clients for a review like an image we are getting a different image when opening it up in Nitro. Here is a link with a comparison of what we need the pdf to look like. The image to the left is from adobe, as you can see it has embedded images in it that would allow our editor to go back and make any changes, the issue is the image to the right where there are hidden imaged that should not appear. We also opened the PDF file under different programs like browser Microsoft Edge, preview mode in windows. They were all consistent. The only one that is different is Nitro.  I have also created a ticket with Nitro support, I did not receive any support and the ticket was closed.

My apologies for this delayed response!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any tickets in our Support system under your email address. Did you by any chance use some other email address?

I would love to locate that ticket and take a look at how it was handled.
